When you visit this site, place orders or have a personal consultation, you provide certain information about yourself. In honor of your privacy, I do not share or sell that information to anyone.

Browsing

Information is collected through cookies and log files that indicate how visitors get to this site, what type of browser software they use, which pages they visit, and how many visitors become customers by placing an order.  I review this information as statistics to help me improve the site, but I do not associate it with any personally identifiable information about individual customers.

Personal Consultations

Information collected during a personal consultation is held under complete professional confidentiality.

Ordering

When you place an order with Greenbrier Herbalist, I keep a copy of the same printed invoice that you receive with your order, containing your name, address, and list of products you have ordered.  This information is not available to anyone outside my office.

Security

On this web site the ordering process is provided by Applied Innovations host servers with the security of encryption of all information you enter through secure socket layer (SSL) technology.  This protects your personal and credit card information from the time you enter it on your computer until it is retrieved at my office. Please do not send your credit card information to me by email, which is not encrypted, thereby not secure.
